Be considerate of other forum users feelings and beliefs. Do not post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate other users personal rights or applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned from the forum.

Be polite towards Bettortrader. Constructive criticism is more than encouraged here, but you are expected to remain polite. Excessive complaining about the same issue or repeated attacks on Bettortraders service will be moderated as seen fit, in order to prevent the tone of the forum degenerating into chaos. All major complaints (although we all know there should never be a reason for them) should be addressed to the Director before taken to the public forum and should relate to experiences with Bettortrader and related member services only. Private attacks or discussion relating to ATT Developments Pty Ltd T/A Bettortrader or their staffs private or business affairs will not be tolerated.

If we can not help resolve any problem, at that point you will be given the opportunity to voice such on the public forum for sake of public interest. Commenting on the Forums or Group Chats with the sole intent of sabotaging the welfare of the Bettortrader staff, ATT Developments Pty Ltd itself or the Bettortrader members or interfering with the day to day running of the company etc, will result in the immediate canecllation of your Forum membership and removal from all chats.

Forum access is a privilage and is considered an added bonus rather than a paid addition to the Bettortrader software. If your forum membership is cancelled, webinar archives will be made available via a direct download link so as not to interfere with your access to such (only those who have purchased after 30th June 2009 have uninterrupted access to webinar archives as a part of their paid package).

Do not SPAM the forum. This applies both to unsolicited advertising and repeatedly saying the same thing over and over again. SPAM will be deleted as quickly as the moderators find it.

Racism, Sexism, Ageism and Religious Intolerance and Vilification will not be tolerated and members breaching this rule will be banned

Content with swear words that are used in the context of a personal attack/insult will be removed, not necessarily because of the foul language, but for being a personal attack. This also goes for all those non-swear words insults like "fool", "idiot", etc. Content containing "heavy weight" swear words, specifically the F & C words, are completely inappropriate. All content containing such words - hidden or not - will be removed.

No Trolling (explanation)

A post in a thread or news comment that is solely intended to incite controversy or conflict or cause annoyance or offense is considered "trolling". It goes on I places like Cyberhorse and it will not be stood for. Anyone found to be doing so especially for commercial gain for him/herself or for others could be defamatory and lead to damages for the subject. This could eventuate in action being taken. Any defamatory remarks will be moderated. Please note: A negative comment is not automatically "trolling", nor is the expression of an honestly held personal opinion. For example, to make judgement on another company without ever actually being involved with that company could be seen as defamatory whereas if it is based on actual fact from involvement etc then it would be seen as a personal opinion. Users breaking this will face being banned. This will depend on the individual case and whether or not is seen to be premeditated.
