The reason Bettortrader was started in 2005, was purely out of seeing the need for a product that actually works and a company that looks after people. The hardest issue we have always faced is one of gaining trust from the consumer.

We have taken many steps over the years to show people how confident we are with our guarantees and cool off period etc but the one thing that stands out more than  anything is the strong members community who support us through thick and thin.

It really is something that can not be made up or otherwise fabricated and certainly can not be bought or traded. Our members are some of the loveliest people and it is their support that has driven us to where we are now and encouraged us to keep on when we have come under fire from anonymous posts obviously driven by competition or other such disgruntled entity or individual.
